Our pricing structure reflects the education level and experience of our staff.
Prices listed are to be used as a guide only and may vary by hair type & length.
Prices are subject to change.
Please note all facial and body treatment times include turnaround time.
All prices are inclusive of GST
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Amex and EFTPOS
All personal data collected will remain the property of ‘Salon Sorelle Pty Ltd’ and not be distributed or shared with any third party

Salon Etiquette

Salon Sorelle strives to provide a relaxing and enjoyable experience for every client, on every visit. To ensure we deliver this, we kindly ask that you observe our etiquette guidelines

We respect the time of our clients, please be sure to arrive for your appointment on time.
Children are welcome in our salon but must be monitored to ensure other guests’ comfort.
We strive to create a relaxing environment. Please be courteous, put your phone on silent and respect everyone else’s time of relaxation.
Please refrain from wearing high collars or light coloured tops whilst having colour in salon, although every effort will be made whilst colouring and rinsing to prevent any damage to garments, Salon Sorelle does not take responsibility for any clothing or personal items.

Cancellation Policy

Salon Sorelle requires a minimum 24 hours’ notice to change or cancel appointments, notice of less than 24 hours may result in a cancellation fee being charged.
We reserve the right to cancel non confirmed appointments.
To secure an online booking for any service a 20% deposit is required. This deposit will be fully credited to your service on the day or is fully refundable when more than 24 hours’ notice is provided. When less than 24 hours’ notice is provided, the deposit will be forfeited.

Membership Terms & Conditions

Salon Sorelle’s membership polices will be outlined in the membership agreement.
Memberships are for a set term; cancellation fees will apply on early termination.
Memberships are non-refundable post use/activation due to change of circumstance or change of mind.
Membership ownership is non-transferrable and not redeemable for cash or credit.
Membership services do not accrue if unused.
A minimum of 72 Hours’ notice is required to pause memberships. The pause duration will be added to the membership term.
Salon Sorelle reserves the right to cancel memberships.
